Sunday School at Amazing Grace is during a portion the 10:00 worship service. Our wonderful teachers have lessons and activities to keep kids engaged and learning about God.
Each week, a new lesson with Sunday School materials to build on previous weeks will be taught. They will focus on a different Bible story (examples: Noah's Ark, Daniel in the Lion's Den, Jonah and the Whale, Jesus walking on water, etc.) and will contain materials to enable your child to explore the story.
When does Sunday School begin? It begins with a Children’s Sermon during worship. All kids are encouraged to come forward and have a story time with the Pastor. Then the kids head off to the learning center for some more fun and instruction. They return later in the service to enjoy worshipping and occasionally to share what they have been doing with the congregation.
What if they miss a week or two? No worries! The kids have time to catch up on any projects they missed.
What if they don't know much about the Bible? Again, no worries at all! This is a great way to learn about Bible stories!
